    They have a fantastic selection of flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils. You can taste them before you make a purchase. The employees are very friendly.

    Carries nothing but delicious olive oils and scrumptious balsamic vinegars. Pricey, but soooo good. Service is attentive, and you can taste the products to your heart's content. Their basil infused oil and lemon vinegar are my favorites. Unless you know the few secret places to park free in the Strip, you must pay to park on the street, in one of the lots, or a bit farther away in one of the garages. Add The Olive Tap to your list of places to visit in the Strip along with Penzey's and The Pennsylvania Macaroni Company. Oh, and Pamela's. And Mancini's. And so forth!
